If you want to lower your deposit limit, the change takes effect immediately. However, requests to increase a limit only take effect after 7 days – this is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions made in the heat of the moment.
Self-Exclusion Cannot Be Reversed
Once self-exclusion is activated, there is no way to reverse it before the set period ends. This strictness is in place entirely for your own protection.
Opt Out of Promotional Messages
While on a gaming break, you can turn off marketing emails and SMS. You can update this preference anytime from your settings.
